INSIDE SALES ADVISOR - BASE SALARY + COMMISSION

Position Summary:

The Inside Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for initiating new member relationships with potential clients.  This position is on our "Advisors Team" and reports directly to our Director of Sales. Our office is in Orlando, FL and you must be in-house to perform to our expectations.

 To Be Considered You Must:

  • Have a proven track record of earning six-figure income in an inside sales position.
  • Have at least 1 year experience selling high dollar products or services (years of experience matter less than proven results)
  • Proven telephone selling and closing skills
  • Be a dynamic professional who knows how to have engaging conversations and ask thought-provoking questions
  • Be tenacious and committed, yet open to feedback and development from leaders
  • Be willing to challenge prospects and open their minds to new ideas
  • Enjoy the opportunity to help our clients finally find a solution that will work for them
  • Exhibit powerful communication skills and be comfortable having complex discussions with high-level decision makers
  • Be unstoppable and results-focused and thrive, not just perform, under pressure

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Our sale is a unique value sale with a short sales cycle, which requires us to create interest for our product and control and direct the prospect to the close.

 As a new advisor, you'll start "learning the ropes" by opening new relationships and developing your own appointments through our extensive database of contacts within your first weeks [no searching for potential clients in random places].

 As you grow more comfortable and confident talking to our prospects and you develop an understanding of what we offer, you will then be ready to start delivering a proven presentation to potential members with APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE PRESET FOR YOU!

This Energetic, Positive and Self-Motivated Star Will Possess The Following Background, Experience, Skills and Attributes:

Experience as an Account Executive, Sales/Customer Service Associate, Marketing representative or Public Relations person

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

College degree (preferably in advertising, marketing, PR, Communications or Business) OR past outside/field sales experience

Positive, upbeat and savvy communicator

Confident, strong and engaging personality

Highly organized

Sensitive to deadlines

Detail oriented

Career oriented 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
