Here’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing, fun and market-leading advertising agency as an Advertising Account Coordinator.

As an Advertising Account Coordinator with Gravitational Marketing you will:

  • Assist Account Manager with client accounts
  • Personalize scripts for our clients on a monthly basis
  • Assist Account Managers sending budgets and scripts to clients
  • Handle Co Op approval, and create Co Op approved scripts for our clients
  • Be a liaison between clients, Account Managers and our media team.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new clients and handle follow up emails to clients
  • Raise customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.
  • Assist with and coordinate client RSVPs with Hotel for quarterly meetings
  • Assist in planning quarterly meetings.
  • Assist with and create templated website for clients
  • Answer phones, and route calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Work on special projects and assignments.
  • Do whatever is necessary to get the job done

This Energetic, Positive and Self-Motivated Star Will Possess The Following Background, Experience, Skills and Attributes:

Experience as an Account Coordinator, Customer Service Associate, Marketing representative or Public Relations person is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
College degree (preferably in advertising, marketing, PR, Communications or Business) OR past outside/field sales experience
Positive, upbeat and savvy communicator
Confident, strong and engaging personality
Highly organized
Sensitive to deadlines
Detail oriented
Career oriented 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
